Description of lunch box recipe:
A slice of leftover French toast from the weekend becomes an instant lunch.

Directions:
Take leftover French toast and slice into sticks. Place sticks in a ziploc bag. Include a small container of syrup to dip. (Make sure the lid fits tightly on the syrup container.)

Other suggestions and comments:
You can also freeze your baggies of French toast sticks for days you are ultra-pressed for time. Toss a bag of frozen sticks in the lunchbox and it will thaw by lunchtime.
