Description of lunch box recipe:
Small pancakes with icing, sugar or syrup for dipping.

Directions:
Prepare pancake mix per directions on the box. Using a spoon, ladle small amounts of pancake mix onto griddle to make pancakes the size of silver dollars. My son likes to do this part so he can get the exact size he wants. When pancakes are finished, wrap in foil to keep warm. Include a small container of syrup or icing sugar for dipping purposes. Fruit or chocolate chips added to the pancake mix will make these extra special.
