Description of lunch box recipe:
Gets the vegetables and meat into my kids in one neat and handy package.
Directions:
Prepare a corn bread box mix as directed on the box. Add 1-3 sliced hotdogs to the mix. Spoon into paper muffin cups and bake as directed on the box. Freeze and thaw as needed.
Other suggestions and comments:
My kids eat these hot or cold. Try adding a can of whole corn niblets, or dipping in ketchup or honey.
