Description of celebration or activity:
End the school year on a delicious note. Start the summer off right with a tasty end-of-the-year barbeque.
Food and paper goods can be delegated out to each individual school club or organization. For example, the cheerleaders can bring the hot dogs, the football team the hamburgers, the Spanish club the paper plates and so on. The individual groups can decide to solicit parents for the items or organize something like a bake sale to raise money. Get a few of the teachers to donate the use of their grills and grilling skills and you're all set. Organize a few activities such as volleyball and softball and you've got yourself one great party.

Setting up or preparing for this celebration or activity:
Things you will need:
a selection of food such as BBQ, hamburgers, hot dogs, cole slaw, beans, buns, etc.;
paper plates and napkins;
plastic utensils;
a grill and grilling utensils;
an appetite for fun.
