Description of stress-relief technique for busy parents:
While you are commuting, allow your mind to review any thoughts. The thoughts that are upsetting, visualize yourself releasing them in a boat on the ocean -- it's gone, never to bother you again.
Any thoughts that are rewarding, take a moment to enjoy them again. These are the thoughts that you want to keep visually available in your mind. Then end the review with a smile. It's important to focus on the good thoughts in our busy lives.

Other suggestions or comments:
Daily reflection allows you a chance to sort through the many pressures that we deal with and discard the negative.
