Work-at-Home Parent
Work-Outside-of-Home Parent

Description of stress-relief technique for busy parents:
Find a time in every day when you can spend 15 to 20 minutes walking. Walk hard--push yourself a little bit. It will clear your head and refresh your spirit.

Other suggestions or comments:
If you're a work at home mom, pick a nice destination in your community that you could walk to every day, or walk to the post office instead of hopping in the car. Accomplish one of your daily work tasks by walking to it rather than doing it by phone or by driving/taking public transportation.

If you work outside the home, find a parking place or a public transportation stop that is a 10 to 15 minute walk from your office and walk from there. Or take a 15 or 20 minute lunch break every day and walk to a nice spot near your office.
