Description of stress-relief technique for busy parents:
When you're a work-at-home Mom, you're home is your castle, your office, your playground, etc. A night out with the girls offers relief from the daily routine.

And I think the key here is to make it a regularly scheduled night out, whether it's with the girls or by yourself. It's great if the gang can get together for dinner or go shopping. But even when they can't get together, you should still have your night out.

You might want to look into taking a class, going to the library, taking yourself out to dinner or going to see a new movie. Whatever your passion is, do it and do it on a regular basis. It gives you the break you need and deserve and Dad some important one-on-one time with the kids.
