Description of stress-relief technique for busy parents:
Once a day, step back and objectively assess all you are balancing.
Are your children doing well? Are you hugging them, feeding them, disciplining them, doing their laundry, encouraging them to be loving, and paying for braces, tutors, and swim lessons.
Take a deep breath and hold your head high. If they are ok, you are ok.
Other suggestions or comments:
Focus on all that is going well. It will help you find the energy to deal with the daily grind.
