Appropriate age groups for this Easter celebration or activity:
Preschool and Younger
Elementary School
Middle School
High School & Beyond

Description of Easter celebration or activity:
Plasic egg hunt.

Setting up and preparing for this celebration or activity:
Ahead of time, go out and get small gift certificates...McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Subway...also Kmart, Target and other stores have credit card type certificates that you can make for any amount. We did $5 and the kids loved it. Get enough (equal value) for each child and put them in sealed envelopes.

Get the plastic fill type eggs, various sizes. Hide them about the yard. The eggs are counted before the hunt (to make sure all are found) and the children set out to find them.

When done, everyone counts their eggs. The child with the most eggs picks an envelope first, second most picks second and so on.

Other suggestions or comments:
This could be done for adults as well.
