Description of Easter celebration or activity:
This is a great Easter activity in colder climates where springtime weather is often iffy and outdoor Easter egg hunts can be ruined by foul weather. On Easter morning my brothers and sisters and I always woke up to the thrill of hunting for jelly beans which the "Easter Bunny" had hidden all around the (inside of the) house and collecting them in our Easter baskets. It was also funny when a jelly bean would come falling out from behind a picture frame or be found in someone's sandals months after Easter.

Setting up and preparing for this celebration or activity:
The night before Easter Sunday parents hide lots of jelly beans all around the house, varying the difficulty of the hiding places so that children of different ages all have a chance to find some.

Other suggestions or comments:
I enjoyed this as a child and am now carrying on the tradition with my own children. They love it!
