Description of Easter celebration or activity:
As our kids grew older and the "Easter Bunny" and a trail of eggs became things of the past, we enjoyed an Easter "brunch" for friends/family. Brunch always featured toasted bagels, cream cheese, smoked salmon, cracked pepper, red onion rings, and lemon wedges. We always followed this "lunch" with Cadbury creme eggs for dessert. It may sound like a strange combination, but it was satisfying and celebratory, at the same time.

Setting up and preparing for this celebration or activity:
Just buy the ingredients and set them out on a table. To toast several bagels, place under the broiler for a few seconds, then let everyone help himself.
