Description of technique for dealing with temper tantrums:
When kids see your calm, they learn by "Example". They start to learn to talk things out, and not react. To handle things with common sense, and rationalizing. To think things out before you react. To treat others as you would want to be treated. The main key is talking things out, and learning by "Example".
