Describe the best gift you (as a mom) ever received or gave to your mother:
We would get up really early in the morning (I was about 6) and my sisters and I would pick fresh flowers from the yard and put them in a vase. Then we'd create a scrambled eggs and toast breakfast for my mom and dad. We tried to be as quiet as possible, and even though my parents probably heard us, they'd stay in bed and pretend to sleep, then they acted surprised and delighted when we came into the room with the tray.

What made this gift extra-special?
It was the only time when my mother was the one being served, and we really felt we were showing her how much we loved her. She always loved it, and made a big fuss about how good the eggs tasted.
