Description of technique for teaching kids the value of money:
Kid Savers is a child operated savings deposit program that is sponsored by community financial institutions. Children can operate it at school or at their local commuity bank or credit union. Children enter their own deposits whether it is 5 cents or 5 dollars. They can monitor their own account and learn the value of savings. They also get to play a fun game, "Money Town."
