Description of technique:
All most children want and need from their parents is love, trust, patients and a lot of understanding. With all of the above mixed in equal portions, you will be able to let your kid be a kid because they'll know that whatever choices they make will (#1) know that every action has a reaction, and (#2) know that you have raised them to do the right thing.

Talk to your children and be involved in their lives, you'll be suprised at just how much they want your input. (Just input, not running out and fixing everything.)
