Appropriate age group(s):
Preschool on up.

Description of technique:
Nothing is as thrilling as the freedom you get from a set of wheels. Find time on the weekend to take short trips with the family. Find local bike routes and paths in your town and give your kids a new perspective on how to view their world. Point out interesting observations; encourage them to do the same. The bicycle is a meditative sport; riding in slow motion allows the spirit to reflect on just how fast we live our lives. Don? rush your rides and enjoy the moment.

The exhilaration that comes from freeing the mind from thinking too much, even for a few minutes, makes you younger. The desire to "want it all now" takes a mini vacation!
