Toothpaste Test

elementary school

1 day

Materials:
eggs, cups, drinks like tea kool-aid, soda, different toothpaste brands, and toothbrushes

What is the hypothesis of this science project? What does the experiment aim to prove?
which toothpaste makes the whitest teeth

Instructions:
get a few cups and pour a different liquid in each one (not claer ones). Set the egg in each one. Wait about 30min-1hr. When you pull out the egg it should be about the same as the liquid. After words grab toothbrushes and scrub a small spot on each one with different toothpastes for 15 min. Then observe the white spots on each one. Then record how white each spot was. See which one has the whitest spots.
