Description of discipline technique:
Put the kid in some place in the house and make them run in that spot.

Appropriate age group(s):
12 to 18

Other suggestions or comments:
I'm a mother of two boys, 14 and 17, and last year I started using this. I think it is better than having them standing in the corner. And depending on the misbehavior, you can set the amount of time and the speed.
