Description of your Valentine's Day celebration idea for parents:
Well...I can't believe I am adding this one, 'cuz my husband sings 4 these things, and spends sooooo much time on it that it makes me a li'l bit Cranky ;-) ...but Other people seem to appreciate it:

Some chapters of Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America (SBEBSQA) offer "singing Valentines" near St. Valentine's Day. Not just on Feb. 14th, but also days preceding it are possible, subject to availability of quartets.

Other suggestions or comments:
Cost averages 40-50 dollars, and includes: 2 romantic songs; a card; a rose; perhaps, a box of candy.
