Description of technique:
Your toddler will benefit from learning all kinds of songs. Clap out different rhythms with them, stomp feet, and turn anything and everything into a musical instrument for them to experiment with different tones, rhythms and sounds. Pots and pans make great drums. Tin whistles are great for kids to experiment with different tones and putting together a song of their own. Castenettes, tamborines, maracas, pots, pans and other homespun creations.

Appropriate age group(s):
Toddlers and Preschoolers

Other suggestions or comments:
Dalcroze eurythmic and creative movement classes are also good ways to explore your childĘs creativity.
