Description of technique:
If your kids love to sing there is no better experience than to be part of a choir. One of the best places to start is at your local church. My church has several choirs, each with their own style and level of commitment. The church accepts everyone and they don't make you audition! Check into your school's music program and any other community organization for age appropriate choirs or music programs. Singing with a group provides the opportunity to enjoy different types of music and is a great way to make new friends. Our church also features a hand bell choir and kids can join once they've reached the fourth grade.

Appropriate age group(s):
Elementary School on up.
