Estimated time:
20 minutes to make. 25 minutes to cook.

Number of servings:
3 to 4 dozen bars or cookies

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1 lb. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup salad oil
1 cup warm coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups sifted flour
3/4 cups chopped nuts (optional)
12 oz. package of chololate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.

Cream sugar and eggs. Add oil, coffee, vanilla, soda, cinnamon and flour. Mix well. Pour into 2 well-greased 9 by 13 pans. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 325 to 350 for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut.
