Description of technique for limiting kids' TV-time:
It is a little (1''x 1/2''x 2'') key operated lock. You can unplug the TV (or anything else) from the wall and plug into this lock, turn the key, remove the key and take it with you. It can not be removed from the plug until you put the key back in and turn it. "If your home work is done when I come home from work, I'll unlock the TV".
