Description of technique for limiting kids' TV-time:
I set a side three tokens a day. Each token is good for one 1/2 hour program. As long as homework and chores are done, the child can use their tokens all at once or spread them out through out the day. I no longer have to nag about the T.V. being on. You will be amazed when YOUR child turns off the T.V. and not YOU!

Appropriate age group(s):
Ages 3 and up

Other suggestions or comments:
Anything can be used as tokens. It can be beads, homemake tickets, or popsical sticks. You get the idea. This same method can be used for anything you want to limit. (computer or video games).
