Briefly describe this fundraising event:
The menu consists of pancakes, syrup, margarine, sausage links, orange juice, milk, coffee.
The hours are 7 am - 12 pm.

Organizing the event:
Use the school cafeteria. Have parent volunteers work the kitchen and student volunteers cleaning the tables. Feed the people cafeteria style. We solicited local merchants to contribute to buying the supplies needed or donating them. Start organizing two months in advance. Advertise! Advertise! Advertise!

Capital possibilities:
Plan for 1/3 more than you expect and you should have plenty.
