Briefly describe this fundraising event:
UnderCoverWear are a Direct Selling Company (Party Plan) that sell Ladies Fashion and Lingerie to women of all ages, shapes and sizes (6 to 26)in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. They are a totally Australian Owned company, which also provide fund raising events for individuals, schools, and clubs, in order to raise funds for their specific needs. A great event for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Breast Cancer Support or Christmas. Hold an UnderCoverWear Fashion Parade Fund Raising Event for your school or club and get the Female teachers, Mums or Female coaches, to model the clothes for you (lingerie and underwear optional). Male teachers, Fathers and male coaches, can escort the models down the catwalk. Orders for the UnderCoverWear Fund Raiser will be taken prior to the event, at least 20 orders, by handing catalogues out to teachers or classes to get "outside orders". Then on the night, guests will place their own order, increasing the sales therefore increasing your monetary rewards. Entry fees can be placed in order to raise further funds... $2-$5 the best amount. Raffles can be held throughout the night as well as lucky door prizes, which all contribute to further fundraising.

Organizing the event:
UnderCoverWear catalogues need to be distributed at least 3-4 weeks prior to the event. At least 20 orders have to be paid and collected from outside your school or sporting club, before the event, in order to receive any monetary benefits. Benefits start at $300 in sales. This automatically entitles the event holder to $50 in the form of a monetary cheque and one half price garment, which can be raffled off as a lucky door prize on the night of the event. Monetary benefits increase by $10 for every $100 in sales over the $300. It is advisable to have everyone pay for their orders on the night via cash or credit card, to lesson the burden of chasing money and also to receive a bonus $20 free fund raising money. Models need to be organised. The more familiar to your audience they are, the better the sales will be. hence the use of teachers or well known parents. Sizes and styles will need to be organised by your UnderCoverWear Consultant. The majority of the event will be the responsilbility of your UnderCoverWear Consultant. She will be responsible for working out the details of the fashion parade and the sizes and garments for the models to wear. The event holder is responsible for refreshments on the night, whether it be a BBQ, as an added fundraising event or just a light supper, with tea, coffee and cakes. A small Entry Fee is applicable but advisable to increase your fund raising event.

Capital possibilities:
The capital possibilities for fundraising through an UnderCoverWear Fashion Parade money making possibilities are endless. It all depends on the sales you get prior to the event and what you get on the night. Monetary Benefits start when $300 in sales are ordered. This=$50 fundraising money and goes up by $10 for every extra $100 in sales. Therefore $300=$50 $400=$60 $500=$70 etc. Any party bookings made outside the event or on the day, give the fundraiser a half price garment, which they can raffle off on the night or even at a later date, earning more fundraising possibilities.

Degree of difficulty:
As the majority of this event lies with your UnderCoverWear Consultant, your job as the fund raising holder, is to advertise the event properly, whether it be in school newsletter/sports club newsletter and throughout the school/sports club, so they are visible to anyone walking through the school/sporting ground or driving past. Banners are a great way of advertising. You are also responsible for organising refreshments and raffles/Lucky Door prizes and try to get as many "bums on seats" as possibile. The rest is up to your UnderCoverWear Consultant.

Other suggestions or comments:
The best way to make sure an event like this is successful, is to have good organisation skills. Make sure your Fund Raising Committee is aware of their responsibilties and what needs to be done. Don't leave anything to the last minute as it won't get done...and always be prepared for things to go wrong... eg/ If one of your models is sick on the night... Don't stress...You might be able to convince someone in the audience to get up and be your model for the night
