Briefly describe this fundraising event:
Our local Cici's Pizza restaurant will let organizations sign up for a night to have their Members come in to eat. When you go to the restaurant to eat you will do everything you normally would, but you deposit your receipt in a box by the cash register, and your organization will get a portion of the profits for that night.
Organizing the event:
All you do is set up a date with the restaurant. They will get notices ready and will provide "Cici's Night" stickers for the members or students to wear to remind them to go on the night of the event (you will have to pick these up at the store). Then go eat Pizza! They will send you a check.
Capital possibilities:
This varies by the size of the school/organization and the number of people supporting it, but you can't get easier!
Degree of difficulty:
None, we don't have any other fundraiser that is this easy or fun. The kids love seeing each other out of school. Teachers come, administrators, etc. We did it for a High School organization, also, and the kids loved knowing where everyone would be going that night.
Other suggestions or comments:
Cici's will also let you incorporate other things into that night. The High School kids had a Pizza eating contest with a prize provided by our organization.
The elementary school has door prizes, whatever they can come up with.
