4 Star Suggestion Rating

Briefly describe this fundraising event:
Just have your fundraising children sell great, affordable candles (one set price, no shipping/handling/tax,etc.) collect at the point of sale, deliver 2-3 wks later

Organizing the event:
Easy! Advertise through PTA/PTF and give each child a form and ask that each complete at least one full sheet (12 customers). I have also offered them "incentive" prizes that were suggested by the rep. that ran it for me. She was pretty organized. I didn't have to do much.

Capital possibilities:
20% profit - may not sound like much but it was really easy and it sure did add up. Everyone liked their product and asked when we were going to do it again and where they could buy more.

Degree of difficulty:
Was very easy for me. The representative, Anne Marie, made it really easy.

Other suggestions or comments:
Again, it was pretty painless for us. I run fundraisers all the time for my kid. I can tell you, organization is the key (besides a good product.) This one worked great for us. Her website is www.athome.com/TexasAnnie. (long distance isn't a problem either because she did one for my nephew in Maryland)
