Traveling by plane

Describe this trip activity or tip:
Pack some healthy snacks for flying. Pretzels, cheese sticks, apples or cereal (the little boxes are fun!) can be good choices and eliminate hunger pangs. Pack a bottle of spring water too. Order your child's meal at least 48 hours in advance and ask the flight attendant to serve it before they serve the rest of the cabin to avoid having to wait.

Other comments or suggestions to consider:
Pack a special treat for dessert to reward good behavior.
