I read here about a DVD to play in he car for elementary school kids. There is also one for a slightly older group (ages 8 to 13) called Car Trip USA. It has games, travel ideas and highlights of places you can drive to like New York and Colorado. It's hosted by two children who make jokes and narrate the video. I got it on Amazon.com and they also have a simple web site at www.cartripusa.com.
