Description of this celebration activity:
Celebrate your health and happiness by helping the less fortunate. Feed the hungry, clothe the homeless, and spread joy to the elderly. Start by making arrangements to help out and serve meals at a soup kitchen. Then cruise over to Wal-Mart and buy a bunch of blankets and sweatshirts. Take all the cotton and wool and drop it off at a homeless shelter. Then throw on an apron and prepare a bunch of really good food. Pack it all up and go spend a few hours with some lonely elders at a retirement home. Bring the kids along and have them read poems and sing songs.

Setting up and preparing for this celebration activity:
Make the appropriate arrangements with your chosen destinations. Call friends, family, and pets and get out and give something back to the world!
