Materials:
acid free paper
glitter glue pen
glue stick
hole punch,
a picture of child

Instructions:
Cut out a circle with a hole in the middle for the picture. Glue picture to the back. Add glitter paint around picture and in zig zags under and above picture. Voila, done!

This is easy and fun. My two year old loved it and we are going to laminate his "WORK OF ART".
