3 Star Idea Rating

Age group(s) for this birthday party activity:
Elementary School
Middle School
High School & Beyond

Cost of birthday party activity:
Cost is for a polaroid camera...(or digital if you got them) and film.
Some poster board to mount finished pictures on, or even better...have the adult take the pictures, and let the partygoers take the pictures home as momentos.

Birthday party planning information:
Take a picture of the birthday person holding a sign with all the information for the party on it. You'll need a list of things you need pictures of on your hunt. Set a time limit for finding all the "shots".

Other suggestions or comments:
Things you can include on your hunt are: People in a fountain, a police officer, people on a trampoline, people with a horse, people swinging, etc. Look around your particular town, and set your ideas accordingly, but put some wild ones on there...it's fun to find things that may be impossible. Make sure the adult takes the pictures..and every KID is in the picture!! Great fun for Girl Scouts or overnight lock-ins!! Mount the pictures and display them, or let them take the pictures home.
