Bubble recipe enough for 10 gal. Make at least 2 days before party.
A brick or something to stand on that will not be slippery and is about 8 inches high.
Before party starts put the brick in the middle of pool. Pour bubble mixture in pool and set the hula hoop over the brick. Have a child step with both feet on the brick. Lift the hula hoop straight up the child's body so that they are in the bubble.

It is better to do this outside (not on a windy day) but it can also be done inside.
