Rice Wreath Ornaments

Estimated time to make this decoration:
15-20 minutes plus overnight drying

Materials:
small plastic margarine lids
uncooked white rice
Elmer's glue
green food coloring
hairpin or bobby pin
red construction paper
red yarn

Instructions:
To make 2 small Wreaths

1. Add green food coloring to desired color into 1/4 cup of glue and mix together.

2. Add 1/2 cup of rice to mixture and stir until completely coated.

3. Divide mixture in half and spoon each half onto plastic lids and shape each into a wreath.

4. Push a hairpin into top of wreath for a hanger and let dry overnight.

5. Using a hole punch, punch berries from construction paper and glue them onto wreath. Tie a yarn bow and glue it to top of wreath.
