Materials:
small paper cups
aluminum foil
bells
ornament hook
ribbon

Instructions:
Wrap the paper cup in aluminum foil. Turn cup upside down and place a small hole in the top. Hold a bell inside of the cup and through the outside hole at the top, slip the ornament hook in and through the top of the bell inside the cup. Make a bow out of the ribbon and tie around hook at the top.
