Estimated time to make this decoration:
Approximately one hour.

Materials:
Toilet tissue tube or paper towel tube
White, yellow, green, red, and black construction paper
Glue
Some small pieces of cardboard

Instructions:
1. Glue white construction paper over the toilet tissue tube.
2. Cut cardboard into a circle shape approximately 1-inch bigger than circumference of the tube.
3. Cover one side of cardboard circle with black construction paper for base of candle.
4. Glue tube to candle base.
5. Cut out two flame shapes from the yellow construction paper.
6. Glue flames to the other end of the tube, to each side of the tube, facing each other.
7. Cut out nine holly leaf shapes from the green construction paper.
8. Cut out nine red berry shapes from the red construction paper.
9. Glue the base of each leaf to the base of the candle, overlapping leaves slightly as you go around.
10. Glue a red berry to the base of each leaf.

Other comments or suggestions to consider:
Make a candle for each window in your home as well as giving them as gifts for others.
