Estimated time:

Number of servings:
variable

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Orange Juice

Popsicle molds, OR paper cups (try the 5 oz. 'waxy' kitchen cups, w/cute kid-friendly designs!), wooden sticks, and aluminum foil or plastic wrap

Directions:
Pour orange juice into molds, according to directions provided by the manufacturer...OR, pour into your paper cups.

If using cups, be sure to leave some space at the top, for expansion during freezing (generally true for molds, as well ;-)

Cups will need to be covered with a piece of aluminum foil, OR: place all of the cups in a cake or loaf pan, and stretch a piece of plastic wrap taut across the top of all.

To insert sticks, make a small preliminary cut in the foil or plastic, centered above each cup, and insert a stick in each cup.

Freeze until very firm; remove from molds, or peel paper cup off, and Enjoy!

Other suggestions and comments:
My son wanted to make these after Steve and Blue did something similar on Blue's Clues.

Very refreshing! Should be used within a few days, because they'll crystallize Bigtime, if stored long-term ;-) Not much of a problem if the kids made them, and Know they are In That Freezer!

We like to catch the 99 cent sales on OJ half-gallons. Whatta deal!!!

You can try other juices/blends, of course. Just do not mix purple grape juice or red fruit punch with brand new carpet ;-) ...or OJ either, for that matter! Send the li'l darlin's outside, or into a room with tiled, washable surface.
