Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter (soft)
1/2 tsp vanilla
**confectioners sugar (for sprinkling only)

Directions:
Work together all ingredients with fingers until blended. Press evenly into 8X8X2" pan. Prick well with fork and bake at 350 in oven for 25 minutes or until light golden. Cut in 32 bars and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

Other suggestions and comments:
Gently score before putting in oven.
