Number of servings:
Depends on size of nests.

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
3 Tbsp. Margerine
1/2 bag (5 oz.) Marshmallows
1 can (5 oz.) Chow Mein Noodles
Jellybeans
Marshmallow Peeps (little marshmallow birds - sold in various colors)

Directions:
Melt margerine in a large saucepan on low heat.
Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.
Add the noodles and stir quickly to coat.
Drop by heaps onto a greased cookie sheet or waxed paper.
Rub a little margerine on hands to prevent sticking.
Shape the sticky noodles into nests with your hands. Note: Test the temperature of the noodle mixture to be sure it isn't too hot for little fingers before letting the children shape their nests (you may need to wait a couple of minutes).
Let nests cool completely.
Put some jellybeans in each nest (these are the eggs).
Top each nest with a mashmallow bird.

Other suggestions and comments:
My children thought that these were absolutely terrific!
You can wrap the nests in colored plastic wrap, tie the top with a bow, and share them with friends.
