Estimated time:

Number of servings:

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
4 - 6 slices of French bread (stale leftovers are best)
1 cup milk
2 - 3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg

Directions:
(Parents must supervise preschoolers or young children around hot grill, griddle or frying pan!)

Heat griddle, spray a little Pam on surface, if necessary.

Measure milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar in a 9" round cake pan or pie plate.

Stir with a fork to mix all ingredients.

Sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg on top. Repeat this as needed.

Dip each side of bread in mixture and place on hot grill to cook. Point out the eggs to your kids as they "cook" on the bread!

Other suggestions and comments:
Little ones love to help measure, pour, crack eggs and stir - remember, they can do it!
