Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegatable oil

Directions:
Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Combine eggs, milk and oil; pour into the dry ingredients and stir. Let batter sit for 5-10 minutes.
Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased, hot griddle; turn when bubbles for on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden brown.

These taste fantastic! The texture is great, too. My daughter likes oatmeal, so I knew that she would like them. My son hates oatmeal, but he loved these pancakes.
