Which of the following categories best describes this recipe:
Appetizers

Estimated time:
30 minutes to prepare, plus 10 minutes cooking time

Number of servings:
4-6

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1 loaf crusty bread (Italian or French)
2 plum tomatoes, cored & chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 scallion, chopped
1/3 cup olives, pitted & chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the bread diagonally into 1/2 inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
Mix the remaining ingredients (except the Parmesan) in a bowl.
Spoon mixture onto bread slices.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the tops.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Enjoy!

Other suggestions and comments:
This is a great snack or appetizer.
You can use green or black olives (I've tried both).
The quantity of garlic can be adjusted, my family likes LOTS of garlic....
