Arkansas Corn Bread

8-10

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1 1/2 cup cornmeal
3 heaping tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
2 cups buttermilk
1 egg

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk and mix well, then add the egg. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a hot, oiled, black iron skillet and bake till done in a preheated 450 oven. Serve with lots of butter!
