Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
potatos
onions
celery
crackers
bread crumbs
salt
pepper
butter
chicken/turkey broth

Directions:
Boil peeled potatoes (sliced and quartered). Chop onions (4 lg) and celery (2-3 bunches) together, cook in butter (1 stick) until soft. Mash potatoes when done, as you normally would, using broth. Add celery and onions and mix well. Add crackers and bread crumbs to to thicken up mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.

Other suggestions and comments:
This dressing is better each time you heat a plate full (after the main dinner). The taste is so down home cooked, don't forget the cranberry sauce.
