Pita Pocket Salad

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Small or Large Pita Breads
Cucumber Slices
Lettuce,Iceberg is what i use
Small,Large Tomato
Tuna in a tin or Chicken

Directions:
Place the pita in the toaster or oven until cripsy both sides while your waiting for the pita to cool slice 2 or 3 thin circles of tomatoes then slice the cucumber if not already slice when brought chop some lettuce using only the crunchy parts then if u have tuna which is used best if not chicken slice the chicken pieces or drain the tuna from the tin then place in a bowl mix with salad cream or mayonnaise which ever is best or if chicken chop up and place in the pita but dont forget your butter in it first once cooled down then place in the lettuce,tomatoes and cucumber and wallah absolutley healthy what a nice start of the day! it works for me!

I made this recipe for i had no brakfast cereal or bread (toast) and funny enough these where the only things i had really i didnt think it would make out but i used my special techniques to concoct a pita pocket salad recipe!
