15 cups popped corn

1 c. brown sugar, packed

1/2 c. butter

1/4 c. light corn syrup

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Heat oven to 200 degrees.

Divide popped corn between 2 ungreased 9"x13" baking dishes.

Heat brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt until it simmers; stir constantly.

Remove from heat and add baking soda; stir to blend.

Pour mixture over the popped corn; stir until evenly coated.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, break apart; store in a covered container in cool place.

For nutty version, you can add a cup and a half of Whatever kind of nuts, to each pan.

Other suggestions and comments:
Remove the un-popped kernels from the corn! ;-)
