Electrical tape
black spray paint
yellow rain coat and pants
fire hat (the cheap kind that the fire co. gives out)
some kind of black boots

Instructions:
1. spray hat black and let dry
2. wrap tape around sleeves and pant legs twice on each (about 2 1/2 in. thick)
3. You're done!
