Green tights, boots and a leotard. You can get an old pair of white tennis shoes and spray paint them green. Also face glitter.

Instructions:
Put on the tights and then the leotard and then put on the boots or shoes. If they need to be spray painted, you have to be 18 to buy the spray paint. Put on green eye shadow and fix your hair, then put a bunch of glitter around the eyes.
