Description of technique:
One transition that will happen in your childÆs life is that his or her face will develop pimples. The magnitude of how much acne a child has depends on skin type, heredity and diet. There is much that you can do to help your child through one of the worst aspects of puberty.

Instructions:
1. Not every child will be as affected as others.
2. If parents had acne, the chances are kids will have it, too.
3. Have your family doctor recommend over the counter products for your childÆs mild acne.
4. If your childÆs acne is serious, have your general doctor recommend a dermatologist.
5. Have your child eat a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.
6. Have your pre-teen/teen wash his or her face two times a day; this could help improve your pre-teen/teenagerÆs skin.
7. Keep a good attitude for your kids. Help them to see their beauty, especially when all they see are their ôflaws.ö
